Every year the top Open team from Tournament III in both the North and South regions are invited to compete in the Canada Day Final.
The resolution is always of national concern.
The Annual Canada Day Debate Finals is hosted by Access Communiations, in concordence with SEDA, and is televised across the province on July 1.

This is an invitational event.
SEDA does not select delegates.

The National Seminar will be taking place in Saskatchewan this year from May 8 to 13, 2012 (including travel days).
