Are you starting first-year at the University of Saskatchewan?
Are you interested in Evaluating Propaganda, Human Rights, the Global Economy,
Environmental Sustainability, the Human Mind, or Women's Health? If so,
consider joining a First-Year Learning Community.
A Learning Community (LC) is a small group of first-year students who sign-up
for a common set of either two or three of their courses together and meet once
a week with successful upper-year students to make the connection between their
studies and their world. Students can choose among sets of courses that fit
with their interests, program goals, or the distribution requirements for their
degree.
Creating a sense of community at the U of S is all about making connections -
between people with common interests and goals, between different areas of
study, and between the communities we care about.
Interested students must sign-up for an LC before ***JUNE 16th ***
